MyanGas Account Deletion Policy & Instructions

Important Notice: Deleting your MyanGas account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All your order history and saved delivery addresses will be removed.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

Since the MyanGas App handles services and payments, for security purposes, you must submit a formal request to our support team to permanently delete your account and associated data.

  1. Prepare Your Request: Send an email to our support address: port22company@gmail.com.
  2. Provide Details: Include the following information in your email to verify your identity:
    • Your registered **Name**
    • Your registered **Phone Number**
    • Your registered **Email Address**
    • A clear statement requesting **"Permanent Deletion of MyanGas Account"**
  3. Confirmation: Our team will verify your information and confirm the deletion of your account within 7 business days.
